What do human rights and religion have in common?

Prof Azza KaramOn Wednesday 28 April IofC organizes in collaboration with Religions for Peace (RfP) an interview and dialogue on this question with professor Azza Karam. Karam is secretary general of the international organisation RfP. On behalf of RfP, she recently received the Four Freedoms Award for the organisation’s building trust, dialogue and consensus among the religions. Karam is a professor of Religion and Sustainability at the Free University, Amsterdam, The Netherlands of which she is a citizen. Karam has working for different United Nations organisations. Her experience spans from human rights and multireligious cooperation to gender and sustainable development.
